Representative Melhem Al-Hujairi visited the headquarters of the “Aamalona Organization” in Sidon, where he was received by the association’s president, the Lebanese Consul in Peru, Dr. Hamed Abou Zahr, in the presence of Mrs. Fatima Al-Baba, Abed Jradi and Hafez Abou Zahr. During the meeting, a presentation was made of the association’s work, the services it provides, its mission, its solidarity and social goals, support for the needy in light of the tragedies that the Lebanese are suffering under, the association’s work plan, and the challenges facing social and humanitarian work. The catastrophic humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip were also presented in light of the war of extermination against the Palestinian people at the hands of the Zionists, the deterioration of health, food and social conditions, and the escalation of the Israeli aggression against the south and the targeting of civilians.
